***TILER WANTED*** Small Job in Ayr -

Thanks for looking at my ad. We have a small area in our bathroom with a very unusual floor sunken bath (we are in a top floor flat) that is situated in a small cove area, which happens to be under the internal stairs that lead to an upper floor bedroom. As per the title, we are looking for a tiler to come and re-do this area for us. We are having our whole flat re-painted next week (w/c 6th August) and we feel that this area would really benefit from a refresh as well. There is a approx 6sqm-ish of tiling to replace, so it is a relatively small job. But we are not sure what sort of state the boards are below the existing tiles - so it may need to be re-sheeted. Looking for someone who could strip existing tiles, prepare surfaces as necessary and then re-tile in new tiles which we shall supply. Looking for a price for the job please, with and without re-sheeting? We would supply tiles only, all other "tools" ie adhesive, grout, ply (if required) and tools for carrying out the job shall be supplied by person carrying out the job. Ideally you would come and look at the job so we can discuss it beforehand. This will also give you an idea of what you may be required to do. We are available most evenings and weekend days to discuss, so let me know when you may be available.
