Maintenance Handyperson - Immediate Start - +

We are currently seeking an experienced maintenance handyperson to ensure the upkeep of designated areas by carrying out general and specific duties as directed. The role is based in Swanley but the successful candidate may be required to work for six other locations throughout the group when required. This position is available immediately and will be on an AD HOC basis. Duties Include: fixing locks, hanging boards, plumbing and various other maintenance projects. Knowledge skills & experience. You must be able to demonstrate previous experience as a handy-man. Previous experience in a customer facing environment Manual Handling ability Painting/Decorating, Carpentry, Plumbing/Sanitaryware/Drainage, Communication skills Salary: 10.00ph
