*JC Plumbing & Heating* By law, landlords whose properties contain gas appliances or installation pipework must have these checked every 12 months for gas soundness and safety. We are Gas Safe registered and provide this service as follows: Carrying out a tightness test on the installation, check all appliances have adequate ventilation, check working pressures, burner pressures and gas rates and ensuring all safety controls are working safely and correctly. This service starts from £45 (properties with open flued appliances will incur extra charges due to additional safety checks). Discounts are applicable for multiple properties.
