Gardener required in Penylan +

I usually cut grass myself but now work away. I need a gardener to cut grass at 2 addresses very near to each other. The houses are on Penylan Hill. This needs to be done once per month. The Green bin is provided. I can provide lawnmower but would be good if you had one. I am looking to pay £10 per house. The work is around 2 hours in total.
